| PROJECT NAME: LRT Line 1 Extension Project FS

A joint undertaking with the Light Rail Transit Authority of the Philippines, a
feasibility and preliminary engineering study was undertaken to assess the
viability of the proposed services.
JAD, joining forces with our partners, provided engineering and design
support services including identification and evaluation of different
alignment options including preparation of preliminary track layouts and
design, transportation planning and traffic demand studies, environmental
studies, public awareness programs and coordination among public and private
stakeholders. Services provided also included assessment on the integration of
the proposed project with the existing Light Rail Transit Line 1 system.

GTC in a Joint Venture is responsible for the Maintenance of Manila LRT
Line 1 which includes:

| PROJECT NAME: North Intermodal Terminal FS

JAD, in association with our partners from Hong Kong, was commissioned to
undertake the feasibility study, preliminary engineering, detailed design and
construction supervision of the NITTC including site grading and parking
design.
The facility is designed to accommodate a daily throughput of 10,000 buses. The
project is envisioned to be implemented through Build-Operate-Own scheme.

JAD provided engineering services and manpower supply to project's local
contractor. It's responsibilities include oversee of all activities
encompassing track work, electrical dispatching, rolling stocks, train
operations, etc.; ensures accomplishment of activities on time and in
accordance with the contract specifications; checks and evaluates document
submittals such as evaluation reports, methodology, etc; attends to materials
testing and ensures that all required tests are performed; attends coordination
meetings with the Project Owner regarding work clearances; and, conducts site
inspections to ensure compliance with project programs.

| PROJECT NAME: LRT Line 1 Rehabilitation
|
| LOCATION: Manila, Philippines

As a subcontractor to a Belgian firm, GTC was responsible for manpower supply
and management of skilled trade workers for the
rehabilitation of carbody which includes:
* Refurbishing / modernizing of interior design of carbody,
corrosion protection application, complete repainting of the carbody including
components attached to it.
* All works needed to prepare the vehicles for the
installation of new components including mechanical, as well as electrical
works required to install all new components.
* Modification of the roof section of the vehicles to prepare
for the installation of air-conditioning units. This modification also included
provision for an additional 750V power supply to the inverter to be installed
as part of the air-conditioning units.
